In the joyful New Year, a sudden virus has turned the Spring Festival in China, which was supposed to be a joyful time for gatherings and visiting relatives and friends, into a time when every household is closed and no one can leave the house unless absolutely necessary. Zhou Hua, an old traditional Chinese medicine doctor passed down from his family, acquired antibodies from an accidental infection. The more he learned about it, the more doubtful he became. Was the virus an accident or a premeditation? Is this a disaster for China or a crisis for the entire human race? This novel and its characters are purely fictitious.
