Masked Hero: I Crush Every Rider

"I transmigrated to the Kamen Rider world and got a transforming belt? And it can turn into anything?"

"Then doesn't that mean I've gained the powers of every Kamen Rider, just like Zi-O?"

"Wait, I almost forgot. Decade has Riders from other parallel worlds too. So once I get all their powers, wouldn't I be invincible, even stronger than Zi-O?"

"Hey, hey, hold on! Akiko, what are you doing? Don't! Sonozaki Wakana, Jou, don't get carried away, okay? We're enemies! Hey, Tsukuyomi, what are you doing? Natsumi, I just beat Wataru, and now you're throwing yourself into my arms? That's not right..."

As Zhong Changming keeps traveling through more than twenty worlds, he gains the permanent powers of the Riders and somehow ends up with quite a few "lovely confidantes" too?
