One Piece: The Archmage

Even without eating a Devil Fruit, Roya can use magic to wield powers just like those of a Devil Fruit.

Fire Dragon Bullet, powerful enough to rival Ace's Fire Fist.

Ice magic, powerful enough to rival Aokiji's Ice Devil Fruit abilities.

Spatial magic, powerful enough to match Law's Op-Op Fruit, or even surpass it.

The story begins when Roya joins the Marines.

His rise to prominence in the same era as Akainu and Kizaru.

Akainu: "Damn it, he became an admiral before I did."

Kizaru: "Roya-chan, your power is so scary!"

Zephyr: "He's the student I'm proudest of."

Shanks: "You pull a stunt like that on me, and you expect me not to care about my reputation?"

Why join the Marines?

For wealth, fame, and power!
