The Mythical Bao Qingtian: The Great Sage Xing Tian

The world rolls on; I pour myself a drink and ponder, reciting poems over wine as the days grow long.

When the founding emperor donned the yellow robe, the Great Song began its reign.

Zhao Defang wielded a golden mace, while Wenqu and Wuqu guarded the emperor.

Let us weave these legends together for now: Bao Gong, the Dragon's Return, and Shi Gandang.

Wenqu was born into the wrong body, with a dark face; the fair-faced god of war was Di Wuxiang.

The virtuous prince had but one son in his life; selling out his father brought a fine son home.

One swing of the axe made ghosts and gods tremble; the second shook heaven and earth.

Turning back to gaze across a thousand years, the Great Sage Xingtian congratulates King Wu!

PS: A classical style, not mindless wish fulfillment. All poems in the book that aren't specifically credited are original. I hope you'll support the story!

PS: The story begins during the reign of Emperor Renzong of the Northern Song. Many television dramas, storybooks, and other works about this period are used as references, but only as references. The details in this novel are definitive. Its general tone is based on The Detective Bao Qingtian, Here Comes Bao Gong, Young Justice Bao, The Great Hero Di Qing, The Dragon's Return, and Shi Gandang.
