I Started Breaking Character in My Hero Academia

That day, All Might became the symbol of evil, AFO became a messenger of justice, Shoto Todoroki became a sunny and cheerful guy, and Toru Hagakure became the world's greatest thief... And that was only the beginning.

In One-Punch Man, Saitama declares: "I'll destroy the Earth myself!"

In Fairy Tail, the Black Dragon proclaims: "Dragons and humans must get along! Anyone who doesn't, I'll kill!"

In Code Geass, Nunnally vows: "To protect my brother, I'll become the queen of the new world!"

And beyond that, the worlds of One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, The Disastrous Life of Saiki K., Haruhi Suzumiya, and many others have all seen their characters turn completely out of character...
