I Robbed the Whole World

At FBI headquarters, in a top-secret conference room, the bureau's director spoke gravely: "The Phantom Thief Kid. His true identity is completely unknown, and he toys with Western law enforcement as if they were in the palm of his hand."

"He easily stole half a vault from the Swiss bank, supposedly the safest in the world."

"Money, jewels, intelligence... Anything with enormous value has become a target for his thefts."

"He stole the Empress's crown with ease despite the full force of an entire nation, leaving behind just one clue we can use: a profile photograph."

"He is an unprecedented master thief. I recommend that every country in the world join forces to issue a global warrant for his arrest."

"But he hasn't been to China yet. Would China agree to a global manhunt?"

The director took a deep breath and said, "China will agree."
