I, the Producer of the Next Big Anime

The only workplace novel on the entire internet about anime production.

In Fusang, more than a hundred anime series premiere each year.

Studio Bones, A-1 Pictures, Toei Animation, J.C. Staff, A Jing*, Animation Do, and countless other animation studios are renowned at home and abroad.

Konno Ryota is just a junior employee at A Jing*'s First Studio, until he binds himself to a "Top Producer" System from Earth.

One-Punch Man, Attack on Titan, Initial D, My Hero Academia, Bleach, Naruto, One Piece... One outstanding anime after another from Earth is produced and brought to the screen.

Every single one becomes the season's biggest hit.

Konno Ryota also becomes the anime industry's top producer in Fusang!

Why do the shows you're looking forward to always get delayed?

Why do great shows that start with a bang fall apart after just three or four episodes?

Why...
