On a beach once protected by *jia, two young tokusatsu fans were struck by a meteorite and thought they were certain to die. But when they woke again, they found themselves in another, unfamiliar world.

The technology here is highly advanced, and there are many superheroes, but there are also plenty of terrifying disasters.

Though it's dangerous, the dream of being heroes has never faded in their hearts. With a Rider Belt and a Divine Light Stick, they can break their limits and transform into mighty heroes. This world... needs heroes!
