The Retirement Life of the Lord God

In the void, Lu Shiye sat on the throne of the Lord God, looking at the scroll floating before him. It read: Notice: Lord God Lu Shiye, please report to the Hall of the Gods to renew your term as Lord God.

"Damn it!"

"Will that old man ever quit? I've served ten consecutive terms already. If you're not tired, I sure am."

He casually tossed the scroll aside and walked into the spatial passageway.
