Zhurong Three

Beyond the clamor, amid the shifting winds and clouds.

Here drift wisps of energy with no home to call their own.

They are impure and useless. No living being wants to absorb them, and even they keep their distance from one another. Only raging winds and torrential rains stay by their side.

The rain fell until the middle of the night. The wind's howling sounded the horn, thunderclaps rang out like music, and cries of newborns mingled with the falling rain. This was their song with the world, after they shattered and were reborn.

Following the rainstorm, they fell together, shattered, and left the past behind.

The wisps of energy felt reborn, curiously surveying a world that was strange yet ought to have been familiar.

They drifted and drifted.

They lingered among flower stamens, making the petals look even more radiant; they visited bamboo groves, where the green gentlemen seemed all the more noble.

They had nothing, yet held infinite possibilities, like ink paintings freed from the paper, moving with the wind and following their hearts.

No one knew where the next stop would be. Every new discovery filled them with joy.
