One Piece: Reporting Makes Me Stronger

I woke up to find myself as Luffy in the world of pirates!

In this Grand Line, where the Four Emperors are everywhere and the Shichibukai are worth less than dogs, how am I supposed to survive?

Luckily, I got bound to a Report System. Every successful report makes me stronger!

Ace and Sabo want to become pirates? Report them!

Aokiji showing off on his bicycle? Report him!

Kizaru is an undercover revolutionary? Report him!

And so, a whole bunch of Shichibukai and Marine Admirals were struck by lightning as punishment!

Luffy: "I'm going to become the man who reports the Marine Headquarters' Chaoyang Branch!"
