The Mutated Modern World: The Protagonist Is a God and Demon

Earth in a parallel world was once a peaceful, vibrant place, where humanity lived in harmony.

But then one day, creatures that had existed only in legends suddenly appeared all over the world. They regarded humanity as their sworn enemy, and wanted to seize human territory and wipe out the entire race. In response, humanity launched a war to defend its home. But the good times did not last: battle after battle did little more than turn their own lands into desolate ruins.

"The weather's lovely today. What? Fighting? Hunting demons? You've got it all wrong. I'm Kira Yoshika... I mean, I just want to live an ordinary life. Let the young people handle the fighting."

In a world occupied by beings that had existed only in myths and stories, what will the protagonist do? Settle down and wait to die, or go out in a blaze of glory...
