The Adorable Little Ghost Wife

He was eighteen that year, and she was eight. His grandfather told him as he practiced shooting, "This is your future wife!" He was so startled he nearly shot the little turnip-headed girl.

Forced to agree, he found her seemingly harmless, but behind his back she was always making his life miserable. She cried and threw tantrums every few days, and if no one watched her, she'd climb onto the roof and rip off the tiles. No one in the family liked her except his grandfather, and she took full advantage of his doting, acting outrageously around him. He couldn't do a thing about it! He couldn't wait for her to leave. #
