My Novel Connects the Three Realms

Lin Bai, a struggling author, accidentally registers as a writer on the Three Realms Novel Network. The novels he uploads can be read by all the gods and Buddhas across the Three Realms. He can also use the gifts and merit points they reward him with to download their works from the site.

And so, Lin Bai gets completely carried away.

He uploads The Legend of the White Snake. Fahai says, "You've shattered my Daoist resolve! The Buddha Tathagata and I will never rest until you're dead!"

He uploads The God of Cookery. The God of Cookery says, "I've been really nervous lately. The Jade Emperor read that book, The God of Cookery, and I'm afraid he'll demote me to the mortal realm one day and make me cook pee beef balls!"

Finally, when Lin Bai uploads The Story of Wukong to the Three Realms Novel Network, Sun Wukong immediately storms the Hall of Miraculous Mist. Zhu Bajie and Sha Wujing cheer him on, waving their flags. Jin Chanzi, meanwhile, directly betrays the Thunderclap Monastery and founds Eastern Lands Buddhism in the mortal realm, declaring, "Whoever wins the heart of the Buddha is the Buddha. The Buddha who harbors selfish desires is a demon!"
