One Piece: Creating Fantasies

After transmigrating into the world of pirates, Reinhardt falls into the sea and is fished aboard a ship by the passing Nami. A Devil Fruit is hauled aboard along with him.

In a world where you could meet your end at any moment, Reinhardt has no choice but to take a gamble and swallow the fruit in his hand.

As it turns out, it grants an ability with very demanding conditions for use, but one that's absurdly powerful. Reinhardt thinks the fruit is unbelievably strong, yet the locals in the pirate world consider it the most useless fruit of all.

Having stumbled upon a treasure, the protagonist immediately decides to keep a low profile and build up his strength. After spending a few months training in seclusion, he sets off on a journey to stir things up.

He rescues Cocoyasi Village, gets framed by the Marines and receives a bounty. But the protagonist's way of thinking is anything but ordinary: "Why do I have to become a pirate? I've transmigrated, so if I don't make some trouble, what kind of transmigrator would I be? I'll have to face the World Government sooner or later, so why not just establish a country! Why settle for being a Shichibukai or one of the Four Emperors? Only kids make choices. I want it all!"
