Spare Me, General

After transmigrating into the world of One Piece, he becomes an obscure Navy soldier at Marine Headquarters and binds himself to a System for spreading bad luck that makes everyone furious.

What the hell? As a Navy soldier who stands for justice, how can I do something as evil as spreading bad luck?

What? If I successfully spread bad luck through a medium and make someone suffer a streak of misfortune, I'll earn Bad Luck Points? And I can exchange those points for skills, while completing the corresponding bad-luck-spreading missions unlocks a lucky grand prize draw?

All right, tell me seriously: What kind of medium do I need to spread bad luck?
