A former young playboy from Shanghai is accidentally taken to the world of pirates by the Birthday Present System, where he becomes a young master in the Marines.
The Birthday Present System gives you a gift on your birthday every year. As for the gifts, they're always beyond anyone's wildest dreams.
People in the world of pirates have always longed for freedom, while those behind the scenes have twisted the line between justice and evil.
Are pirates evil? Are the Marines just? Those notions can all be rewritten. Only those at the pinnacle can rewrite good and evil.
Whenever someone asks what justice means in this world, people answer with great enthusiasm:
"Sengoku George!"
