The Rise and Fall of the Qing Empire

The Qing Empire was another dynasty after the founding of the Ming Empire by Zhu Yuanzhang, the founder of the Ming Dynasty. Its entry meant that the rule of the Chinese Han people was coming to an end. Instead of the Han people ruling China, it was the Manchus, an ethnic minority from the White Mountains and Black Waters in northern China, who ruled this vast country of China. With a large territory, the Ming Empire was seriously corrupt and vulnerable since 1616 AD when Nurhachi, the Emperor Taizu of the Qing Dynasty, rebelled against the Ming Dynasty. This novel and its characters are purely fictitious. Any similarity is purely coincidental and should not be imitated.
