In the Kalos League's final battle, Greninja lost to Mega Charizard X. In the end, the Golden Shuriken couldn't overcome the explosive flames. Ash still didn't become champion. Second place in the Kalos League is his best result so far. As if the heavens were playing a joke on him, Takuto at the Lily of the Valley Conference and Alain at the Miare Conference shattered Ash's dream time and time again.
I hope Ash can finally become champion, and make up for the regret he left behind in the Kalos region.
