One Piece: Seizing the World

"The World Government, which has ruled the world for 800 years, is rotten to the core. Its supreme authority has become a political plaything for those at the very top, and the world's entire order has been turned upside down, with right and wrong indistinguishable!"

"The Marines, who should be keeping the seas peaceful, are riddled with parasites. Some harbor pirates, some are consumed by greed, some wreak havoc wherever they go, and some cannot tell right from wrong. The Marines have lost all their justice and dignity!"

"The pirates have made themselves kings, shaking the world with their words! They plunge countless nations and people into chaos and terror, imposing the 'freedom' they crave on the world and every living thing! They drag the world into the darkest abyss!"

"Give up! Everything is useless now. This world has no hope left!"

The young man struggled to prop himself up with one hand and managed to get to his feet.

"If the government is rotten, then I'll overthrow it! If the Marines have fallen, then I'll change them! If the pirates run rampant, then I'll wipe them out!"

"As long as I exist in this world, the light will surely come!"

"I! Am..."
