Great Song's Foolish Emperor System

Zhao Ji transmigrates to the end of the Northern Song Dynasty and becomes Emperor Huizong of Song. He should be thinking about saving his country from ruin, but instead he gets a Foolish Emperor System that keeps issuing missions fit for a tyrant: visit brothels, embezzle money, employ treacherous ministers, and steal other men's wives. He earns himself an infamous reputation and becomes a notorious foolish emperor.

Yet he is also a capable ruler, crushing Western Xia, trampling the Jin, sweeping across Mongolia, destroying Japan, and reaching Western Europe, becoming the first emperor in history to unite the entire world.

How should Zhao Ji be judged? Even historians cannot agree.
