Ye Nan, a gold farmer, unexpectedly becomes Mammon, Lord of Greed, in the online game Gods and Demons.
And so Ye Nan, now Ye Mammon Nan, one of the Seven Lords of Hell, quietly begins his rampage.
While players rage about a mysterious NPC seriously interfering with their questlines:
"Dear friends, why not try the Demon God's Blessing? It's only 180 gold. For 1,680 gold, you can even get 10 random buffs."
While the joint operations team is desperately trying to explain and patch up the mess:
"If you still don't feel powerful enough, why not join the Heart's Delight... er, New Moon Church? Become a prestigious New Moon member, and all kinds of perks will make you stronger than ever."
Or maybe give the beautiful guild leader a hidden solo quest that only triggers at night?
Stir up the players to attack the Church of Light?
Or persuade the legions of Hell to lay siege to a city and make some quick cash?
Holy crap, I really can do whatever I want!
