The Stars Fall Upon the Mountains

After King You of Zhou died at Mount Li following the Quanrong attack on the capital, Haojing, the Zhou royal house split in two. The king's younger brother, Ji Wang, claimed the throne at Moyang, while the deposed crown prince, Ji Yijiu, claimed it at Luoyi. The great feudal lords each chose a king to support, and the royal house lost its prestige.

As the realm fell into turmoil, rare beasts that had nearly vanished reappeared. To eliminate these ominous beasts, the Hundred Schools, which had secretly obeyed only the royal house, gradually shed their veil of mystery and revealed themselves to the world as the royal house fell apart and the beasts returned.

The royal house, feudal lords, rare beasts, Hundred Schools, Di and Rong peoples, Shang descendants, and common folk will weave a magnificent tapestry in this age of upheaval. What astonishing secrets about the Zhou royal house and all of Huaxia will these brave people uncover, one after another?
