Transformed into a Mermaid

A clarification: This is not danmei. The male protagonist can transform, but please don't compare him to the mermaid from The Sewer Mermaid. He has to be handsome and beautiful. Even if he transforms into a mermaid, he should be the dazzling mermaid-prince type.

A mermaid who doesn't want to be a superstar isn't a good overlord. This is the story of a poor loser who becomes ruler of the ocean.

Yu Fei, who grew up in an orphanage, was originally a broke extra. Then one day, he fell into the sea, and his life changed completely.

With a mere thought, he can transform into a mermaid.

He also gets a fishing System that lets him turn his catch into cash.

And so, his career of more than twenty years as a swindler comes to an end.

"Yu Fei, I knew you couldn't possibly be a fraud. You're so handsome, they must just be jealous of you."

"Yu Fei, I was blind not to recognize your greatness. How about you invest in my next film? I'll take care of everything for you..."

"Yu Fei, when are you taking me on a day trip to the ocean trench? I've never seen that giant squid pet of yours, the one as big as a mountain!"
