The male protagonist transfers to Class 8 of Grade 10 in the second semester. At first, the new environment feels unfamiliar, and he is quiet by nature, unable to fit in with his classmates. But with help from the female protagonist, the class vice monitor, he begins to join in their lives. Gradually, he develops feelings for her. Only then does the cousin explain their relationship. It turns out to have been a misunderstanding, and the male protagonist later finds a new way to pursue the female protagonist.
