One Piece: Reborn as Hawkeye

Reborn as Dracule Mihawk, with the strongest Bounty System in tow, the future World's Greatest Swordsman becomes the greatest bounty hunter of all time...

From then on, he can spar with Red-Hair whenever he feels like it, torment Whitebeard, slash at Kaido, and build up his proficiency to raise his level as soon as possible and become the World's Greatest Swordsman.

When he's in a bad mood, he can kill pirates to earn points and bounty coins, increase his privileges, and trade them for items.

What? You say Whitebeard's Paramecia Devil Fruit is the strongest?

My vampire bloodline will show you what a real monster is: agelessness, super-fast regeneration, bat transformation, turning others into vampires, incredible speed, and coming back to life from a drop of blood. Are you scared yet? And there are no side effects.

What? You Five Elders say I can't beat you?

Just wait until I reach privilege level 5 and can exchange for items from other worlds. I'll make you kneel and sing "I Surrender."

Rinnegan, Imperial Arms, Zanpakuto... You deserve to have them.
