I don't understand why I accepted Dapeng as my disciple. Dapeng is not a fun thing. It wants to eat people, and not just one or two, but a whole city of people in one meal. In the later stages of Journey to the West, when it was Tathagata's turn to subdue it, it ate tens of millions of people. (During the Journey to the West, Kong Xuan was the mother of Buddha, and Dapeng said that Kong Xuan's younger brother was also the Tathagata's uncle)
