In the future, hundreds of years from now, the world is divided into three powers over the struggle for a new energy source called "Tianeng." The UNA (United Nations of America), centered in the United States; the UEA (Union of Europe and Africa), comprising Europe and Africa; and the ANA (Allied Nations in Asia), made up of Asian countries led by China and Russia, begin vying for Tianeng. This long-running conflict makes God unable to keep watching humanity slaughter one another. So He grants a portion of His power to people with good hearts, hoping they can put an end to the conflict. These people are known as the "Pioneers."
