I'm the Old Man at the Gate

Qin Yang, a down-on-his-luck loser,

accidentally obtains the "Gatekeeper System"

and embarks on a one-way road to collecting "pets."

"Brother Monkey, save a peach for me."

"Hancock, could you come inside and take a break? I'm the one in charge here, after all."

"Bone, tell your bestie Daji to come play Fight the Landlord with us."

"Hey, Kurama, why not learn from your sister, the Nine-Tailed Fox, and try a whole new non-mainstream look?"

"What? Got a problem with that?"

"I'm the gatekeeping boss!"
