One Piece: The Strongest Ability User

Traveling through the world of One Piece, I actually got the ability of Kurumi Tokisaki, Kekedi.

Whitebeard, are you shattering space? I can even stop space!

Kaido, you have an army of beasts, but have you seen an army of espers? What? How could I possibly use something like artificial fruit?

Blackbeard, are you so happy to get the Dark Fruit and the Shock Fruit? Do I, a hundred ability users, want to come and take a look?
