Naruto: Reincarnated and Insanely Awesome

Who in the world can stop me? Who in the world can stand in my way? Who in the world could possibly be our enemy? These are the principles that guide Natsuo Otsutsuki through life. But he's also something of a rogue. He's the heir to Hamura Otsutsuki, with a Tenseigan Mangekyo in his left eye, a Rinnegan in his right, and a Nine-Tails inside him.

"Master, I..." Konan began.

"Natsuo oniichan, I... I... I really can... can do it," Hinata stammered, sitting on the bed with her head lowered.

"Bro, let's leave Konoha," Naruto said.

"I'm so lonely, it's like being snowed in. I've been troubled by one thing for a long time: if I didn't exist, how would everyone else get by? Ah, it's really getting to me," Natsuo said, utterly full of himself.
