This story continues directly from the earlier Kamen Rider DCDC travelogue. It follows the adventures of the Decade C team after they return to the human world, where they join Xiaohou, You, and the others. The story mainly revolves around Kamen Rider W, while also incorporating elements of urban dramas, including the recently popular urban romance series You Are My Sisters. What will happen along the way? Let's find out.
