He is an unparalleled basketball prodigy, and also the last of the five Teiko players to awaken the Zone. His name is Shintaro Midorima.
He is the first overall pick in the 2088 NBA draft, selected by the Los Angeles Lakers. He is another mainland Chinese player to make it to the NBA after the giant Yao Ming, and his dazzling shooting will rewrite Larry Bird's three-point record. He is Chen Xiaolu.
When Xiaolu is reborn as Midorima, when Kuroko's Basketball enters the NBA, and when everything returns to its starting point, who will be the next to stand at the summit?
Will it be the reborn Midorima? The unchanged Akashi? Or Kise after his awakening? Or perhaps Aomine, who awakens his second-stage Zone ahead of time?
Kagami, returning from America?
