The magical oppression of another world has utterly shattered the remnants of the Allied Shinobi Forces. Who, then, will save the continent of Naruto? The scattered remnants of the shinobi? The samurai of the Land of Iron? Or the elusive onmyoji? A sage once said that a battle between evenly matched armies cannot reveal a commander's talent or a soldier's fighting ability. If this holds true for the eras of cold weapons, firearms, and electronic information, then the otherworldly soldiers, skilled in both magic and martial arts, will be like tigers with wings under this commander's leadership. The Vera Corps, named after its supreme commander. Advance like a forest, strike like the wind! The Vera Corps will dominate the otherworld! In Volume Three, the Chaos Arc, the spacetime legion under Vera's command begins to weave its own legend.
