There are various types of different abilities, which are divided into level 0 for incapacity, level 1 for low ability, level 2 for super ability, level 3 for strong ability, level 4 for great ability, level 5 for super ability, and level 6 for absolute ability based on range and power. However, the absolute ability user of LV6 has not appeared yet. Misaka Mikoto, who is the LV5 of Academy City's seven most powerful superpowers, got rid of her roommate pervert Kuroko as usual and went to the bookstore alone to read comics, but she didn't know the secret of Academy City...
