My Magical Summoned Beast

A young guy happens to find a huge, beautiful egg. The brother and sister who hatch from it are adorable two-and-a-half-dimensional creatures. They possess a strange ability: every day, they can summon a two-dimensional creature into the three-dimensional world for 24 hours. That is only how it works at first, though. Since they are still young, the summoned characters are random. It could be a newborn baby, or it could be an unparalleled master. This brings a string of extraordinary events to the young man's otherwise ordinary life. I'll transmigrate through the dimensions, and the girls come first! But once he grows powerful, will he choose good or evil? Expect a witty, humorous style, girls, and plenty of passion.
