White Calamity: The Wind Rises, Wolves Howl

Why? Why did this happen? What did I do wrong? I want revenge. I want those fools to pay for betraying me.

At last, I finally understood why: it was self-interest, that wicked self-interest. I sought revenge for it, but in the end...

Now I... have realized that even though I was betrayed, there were still people who stayed by my side and supported me. They were the ones who truly never abandoned me!!!!!!!

My dear friends, and the girl who quietly gave so much for me without ever asking for anything in return.
