The Flowing River of Time

The Flowing River of Time is an autobiographical novel. The author is a contemporary of the Republic. Based on his sixty-year life experience of pursuing happiness from childhood to retirement, he witnessed the development and change process of the Republic from poor to rich, from ignorance to civilization, from backwardness to development, and finally reached the paradise of dreams. The Flowing River of Time is divided into ten chapters. Chapter 1: The indelible memory of "backwardness and hunger" in childhood; Chapter 2: The primary school years when the family was poor and humble and suffered discrimination; Chapter 3: The madness of the Cultural Revolution and the evil in the bones of human nature; Chapter 4: Decentralization of farms The despair and struggle of the period; Chapter 5: A major turning point in fate, recruiting workers into the factory; Chapter 6: Fifteen glorious years of leadership positions in state-owned enterprises; Chapter 8: Reform, the end of the career of leaders of state-owned enterprises; Chapter 9: Working along the coast, starting over; Chapter 10: Spending his twilight years in the peaceful world. The book is estimated to be 200,000 words and will take about three years to complete in 2013. This novel and its characters are purely fictitious.
