Investiture of the Gods + Primordial World + Sword Spirits + Sword Devouring + Comedy Through Inner Thoughts + Ensemble Cast Breaking Down + No Female Lead + Feel-Good Power Fantasy

Su Mu opened his eyes, and his body was gone!

He had become the spirit of the Immortal Slaying Sword, the Church-Guarding Killing Weapon of Tongtian.

The good news: It was an innate treasure.

The bad news: It was only one quarter of one. His golden finger was called Sword Devouring.

Devour a sword to restore a portion of his essence and gain another sword pattern.

Devour three swords and a formation diagram to manifest a physical form, going from a sword cultivating itself to a person.

After devouring seven junk swords, the first pattern burned itself onto his blade.

Once I devour all three swords and the formation diagram, I'll be a complete innate treasure.

The trouble was, Tongtian could hear every thought he had.

I'm doomed! My golden finger hasn't even arrived, and I've already offended Tongtian!

The Three Pure Ones were left speechless in person. Laozi could only hold up his tea and say, "Not bad tea."

When the immortals gathered at his court, Su Mu swept his Calamity Eye over them. The front row had only faint traces of ill fortune, but the area by the door was blood-red.

That long-eared fellow will run off with your Six Souls Banner sooner or later.

Tongtian rested the sword on his knees. "From today on, for all important matters in the sect, I'll listen to what the sword says."

Su Mu sighed inwardly: Why are you listening to my grumbling? Is it because I'll eventually devour all four of your swords?
