The Ashen Lands of Southern Xinjiang

After being tricked into an electric-shock scam compound, four survivors formed a squad to stay alive and ventured into the war-torn region of northern Myanmar, taking on dangerous missions in a southern frontier hell of warlords and dense jungle. As the fighting raged, the team gradually took in new recruits, growing through one ambush and firefight after another. There are no legends of invincibility here. Pain and death are constant companions. Under a hail of bullets, they face the trials of human nature and witness the brutality of local warfare on blood-soaked ground, struggling again and again to balance survival with conscience.
