A Country Judge with Unorthodox Ways

A retired auxiliary police mediator returns to his hometown to settle down and takes over his grandfather's private mediation business. Rather than following the official, serious procedures, he uses down-to-earth, unconventional methods to resolve all kinds of absurd, petty disputes in the countryside, becoming a people's judge who specializes in turning small-time farces around. As his reputation grows, he moves from mediating disputes in the village to handling them in town, going farther step by step and gradually reaching the pinnacle of life.
