Burying Heaven, Earth, and All of Life

Chen Haonan of Causeway Bay is dead.

When he opens his eyes again, he has become Tang Sanzang, bound for the Western Heaven to seek the scriptures.

A gang boss switches careers and becomes a monk. He doesn't preach Buddhism, only brotherhood and honor.

Wukong calls him Brother Nan. The White Bone Demon willingly becomes his right-hand woman. The Queen of the Kingdom of Women agrees on a date for his return. His former underlings reveal a shocking secret: the world of the scripture journey is a gigantic prison.

After 998 cycles of reincarnation, gods and Buddhas manipulate the game, and all living beings are prisoners.

This time, he refuses to submit to fate.

He leads his companions in an assault on Mount Lingshan, only to learn that the Tathagata is the good side he himself split off.

Bury the heavens, bury the earth, bury all life.

I seek no Buddhahood and will not fetch the true scriptures.

I will shatter the shackles of reincarnation and take my brothers home to Causeway Bay.
