Time in the Shutter

Time in the Shutter tells a heart-warming love story linked by photography between Yu Ziye, a freshman majoring in computer science, and Wang Xinxin, a junior majoring in journalism and communication. Yu Ziye has an introverted and gentle personality. He learned photography from his grandfather since he was a child and is used to using the lens to express his emotions. Wang Xinxin is the president of the school photography club. She is independent and strong, but she has a sensitive and delicate side in her heart. The two met during the recruitment process of the club. From printing side by side in the darkroom, to holding an umbrella together in the rain in the ancient town, from accompanying each other during interviews in the cold winter in Beijing, to growing up separately after graduating from school - they saw each other in the viewfinder and witnessed their sincerity in the developer. The story uses "waiting" and "growth" as the background, using each shutter moment to connect emotions across grades and distances, and delicately depicts how two young people become better people on their own paths, and how they always move forward firmly in the same direction.
