Digimon: Reborn as a Digimon After Death, Shocking the Four Holy Beasts

After dying, Lin Guanyi wakes up as a Digimon. To save him, his partner gambles away all of his memories.

But things get even more absurd. Li Zongsheng is keeping the memories he lost deep within the World Tree, waiting for him to retrieve them. The Orgemon he once defeated is guarding the road to the World Tree, waiting to send him back to the Village of Beginnings. And his partner, the Digimon Xia Ke, can't even evolve, because the person in the Crest of "Inheritance" has been completely forgotten.

He can't remember a thing, yet the whole world remembers him. It remembers that his name was once Chu Huairen, that he held two keys, and that he should have been an ally standing before the Four Sovereigns. Now, wearing the appearance of a sixteen-year-old but carrying the age of twenty-five, he is preparing to reclaim his past with a Digimon that cannot evolve.

But once the fragments of memory that have been gathered are pieced back together inside him, will he be human or beast? More importantly, if reclaiming his memories means accepting that he has already died, will he be able to turn back from this journey to the World Tree?
