Anime Crossover: I'm Haruno Yuu, Hanging Out with the Service Club!

When night falls, Haruka Kasugano takes off his school uniform and steps onto the stage as Kannazuki, his piano playing enchanting countless women. When the music ends and the crowd disperses, he is still the boy rushing to pay his sister's medical bills and desperately trying to buy back his childhood home. The Service Club and the host club are simply the price he pays to keep another name alive.

In the mirror is a face almost identical to his sister's. He gazes at it every day, as if touching an unreachable reflection through the water. He knows it's only an illusion of his own making, yet he can't help being captivated. Those women cup his face and tell him they love him, but do they love Kannazuki, or the empty shell beneath that can never be reached? Only Sora gently tugs at his sleeve when he comes home late at night.

Sora's body won't hold out much longer. He works desperately to earn money, juggling school and the bar, all so he can take her out of the hospital and return to the place they once called home. But Service Club requests and bar orders pile up at the same time, and he's almost forgotten how to smile. The person in the mirror still wears a gentle smile, but the light in those eyes is slowly fading away.
