Pokemon: I Eat the Fortified Fruit, While Metagross Hides an Army

Metagross swallows a strange fruit, and a castle unfolds within its body, capable of sheltering all kinds of living things. The League tournament is just around the corner, and the opponents have no idea they’re about to face an army of Pokémon hidden inside Metagross.

Gyms fall, ruins submit, and Suicune paves the way for the newly risen king. Roxanne of the Rock-type Gym, Norman of Petalburg City, and Winona of the Flying-type Gym are all swept aside. Standing at the pinnacle of the Trainer world, Luo Yi looks into the distance toward Ever Grande City. The Hoenn League Champion’s seat is waiting there, but to Luo Yi, it’s just one stop along the way. What he’s really after is the ancient legend sleeping beneath those islands.

The castle inside Metagross shudders softly. Countless gazes pierce the windows, fixed on the battlefield that is about to come. The enemy thinks they’re facing a team of six, never realizing they’ve stepped into the path of an army. Luo Yi raises his head and smiles calmly. “Tell them that starting today, this island belongs to me.” Since his opponents are curious about what he’s hiding, he’ll let them see for themselves just how many troops Metagross is concealing.
