Secret Longing

Li Yi, an introverted young man from an ordinary family, starts at a new school with his hometown friend Huang Cheng. The first time he sees the quiet and gentle Liu Yanqiu, his heart stirs. After the seats are rearranged, they become deskmates and gradually get to know each other through their studies. On the court, in the cafeteria, and in the classroom, Li Yi keeps a quiet eye on Liu Yanqiu, hiding his feelings deep inside. Liu Yanqiu, too, develops feelings for the thoughtful, taciturn Li Yi and quietly shows her care through little things like sharing notes and bringing him water.
