Pokemon: Picking Up Diamond Dust and Raising the Mythical Diancie

Su Hao transmigrated to a world where Pokemon had fused with reality. His parents were a Fire-type Gym Leader and a Pokemon Professor. When he went to receive his first Pokemon, the System scanned a Carbink with a 5% mutation rate. Before it was born, it had been nourished by Xerneas's Fairy Aura, and in the future it could evolve into Diancie. His beginner's gift included a Mega Stone and ten high-grade pink diamonds. After Carbink absorbed them, its mutation progress steadily advanced.

Su Hao trained with Carbink through wild battles and ranked matches. In half a month, it went from level 5 to level 19. He also developed practical techniques, using Dazzling Gleam as a shield and concentrating Meteor Beam to break through defenses. In a friendly match against his two best friends, Carbink defeated both Rookidee and Machop. Along the way, a System quest rewarded him with a Protect Technical Machine, while the second pink diamond accelerated the mutation process, bringing Diancie ever closer.

His father used League resources to secure him the chance to choose from nine Fire-type Starter Pokemon. Su Hao ultimately chose Litten, whose ability to control its powers far surpassed that of its peers. Standing by the training field at the Breeding Center, he considered the trump cards in his hand: mastery of two types, a near-Legendary Pokemon, and the greatest Incineroar in the universe. At this rate, he might make it straight to the Great Ball tier before winter break was over.
