Naruto: Konoha Frames Me for Defection, and I Awaken the Dual Kamui

Mizuki, a Chunin teacher at the Konoha Ninja Academy, originally just wanted to lie low and coast along safely until the end of the Fourth Shinobi World War. But the surveillance secretly set up around him and the deliberately leaked information about the Scroll of Seals made it clear that someone was pushing him step by step toward becoming a rogue ninja. If Konoha had no place for him, then he would defect.

The moment the System activated, he got both Kamui abilities outright. Once he set out on the path of a rogue ninja, golden-lettered kill orders and S-rank Root bounties came pouring in one after another, while the System's rewards went from the Uzumaki Constitution all the way to Kotoamatsukami. The shinobi world was vast, so there was plenty of room to stir up trouble. A bounty from a wealthy merchant in the Land of Waves had barely gone up when he also happened to snatch a red-haired girl from Kusagakure.

Every new wanted poster was a chance to become much stronger. Kado's thirty-million bounty earned him a binding talisman, while Konoha raising the kill order gave him the strongest genjutsu outright. Should he find somewhere to build up his strength, or keep causing trouble all over the shinobi world?

Bounties had already been posted in the Land of Waves and the Land of Grass. Soon, the entire shinobi world would remember the name Mizuki. And sooner or later, he would return to Konoha and settle the score face-to-face with Hiruzen Sarutobi for the frame-up.
