Hong Kong Crossover: With a Death Warrant Hanging Over Me, I Use Money to Pave My Way to Power

He Yaoyang opens his eyes to find Big B dragging him off to draw a death lot. The blood-red character for "death" in his palm says it all. Big B never accepted him as a disciple, and his name isn't in the gang's ledger, but now he wants He Yaoyang to take the fall for Chen Haonan's murder. He gets 20,000 dollars in settlement money, then immediately goes to find Guan Zai Sen, the most useless man in Wo Shing Wo, and pays off his gambling debts. The System doubles his payout, depositing 32,000 dollars.

From Wuh Ying's wedding money to Long Gen's birthday gift, He Yaoyang uses the Wealth Commands the Gods System to make money: he pays off people's genuine debts and gets double the amount back. By the time he piles 380,000 dollars in cash on the finance company's desk, Sai Wai looks at him differently. Long Gen personally comes downstairs to protect him from Chicken, but Big B's side is in an uproar. How could that bastard He Yaoyang switch over to Wo Shing Wo without even telling them?

Chicken storms into the Wo Tai teahouse, where Ah Wah of the Jingyi Society breaks his nose with one punch. In front of everyone, Long Gen declares that he is He Yaoyang's godfather in the gang. He Yaoyang shoves 20,000 dollars into Chicken's arms and tells him to relay this to Big B: he refused to take me in before, and he doesn't get to make me take the fall now. The numbers on the System's wealth panel keep climbing. He'll make Big B swallow that death lot himself.
